• 1 x Front window per en-suite unit, 3 unit with single en-suite has 2 windows
• Electric wiring with LED lighting solution
• Electric floor heating with digital thermostat
• A fusebox
• Patterned floor tiling
• Wooden finish for the doorways between the units
• Shower units and accessories, with 1 x 40L electric boiler and plumbing for it
• Walls for the shower areas, including wall tiling, floor hydro insulation and the door
• WC toilet units
• Kitchen unit – in 2 unit solution only, extra for other packages.
